💛 Reflection

God has given us His Word so that we can know Him, understand His heart, and learn how He desires us to live. The Bible is not simply a collection of words from long ago. Its truth is alive and relevant, speaking into our circumstances, guiding our decisions, comforting us in difficult seasons, and reminding us of God’s promises.

We do not have to be Bible scholars or understand everything we read before we can experience the power of God’s Word. We can simply come with open hearts, asking God to help us understand what He wants to teach us. Sometimes a familiar verse can suddenly speak to a situation we are facing in a completely new way. That is one of the beautiful things about spending time in Scripture.

God’s Word is available to all of us. May we not only read it but allow it to become part of the way we think, speak, love, forgive, and live. The more time we spend in His Word, the more we learn about who God is—and the more opportunity we have to recognize His presence and direction in our everyday lives.

Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us Your Word. Give us a desire to read it, wisdom to understand it, and open hearts to receive what You want to teach us. Help us not only to know Your Word but to live according to its truth. May Scripture strengthen our faith, guide our choices, comfort us in difficult moments, and continually draw us closer to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
