💛 Reflection

Good intentions are important, but our intentions become meaningful when they are reflected in the way we live. We can intend to be kind, loving, generous, forgiving, and faithful, but it is our actions that demonstrate those qualities to the people around us.

God calls us to live with integrity—a life in which our words, beliefs, intentions, and actions are aligned. If we say we love others, our actions should demonstrate love. If we believe in forgiveness, we should be willing to forgive. If we desire to follow Christ, the choices we make each day should increasingly reflect His character.

None of us will get this right all the time. There will be moments when our actions fall short of what is in our hearts. When they do, we can acknowledge it, ask God to help us grow, and choose differently the next time. May we strive each day to become people whose actions speak as clearly as our words.

Heavenly Father, help us to live with integrity and purpose. May our actions reflect the love, kindness, grace, and truth we profess to believe. When our choices do not match our intentions, give us humility to recognize it and wisdom to make things right. Guide us so that the way we live brings honor to You and demonstrates Your love to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Let us choose one good intention we have been carrying and put it into action. Whether it is checking on someone, offering forgiveness, keeping a promise, showing kindness, or helping someone in need, let us turn our intentions into something meaningful.
